We work with agencies to provide food to bridge gaps in service. Bring your referral during business hours and we will provide a food box.
We work with agencies to provide household items. Bring your referral during business hours and we will fill the request (typically blankets, sheets, dishes, etc.)
We work with agencies to provide personal care goods. Bring your referral during business hours and we will fill the request (typically shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
In addition to our own pantry, we work with other food distribution programs and organizations to .serve this community. Follow us on Facebook to see the eligibility and distribution schedule.
We sell gently used apparel, toys, crafts, and more at our Thrift Store on 130 S Broadway. Follow us on Facebook to see the weekly sales.
We partner with St. Ann's Church to assist those who have received shut-off notices. There are a few requirements and the amounts are limited. If you are in need, please call Helping Hands to see if you are eligible.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE:
Helping Hands Food Pantry behind Helping Hands
Tuesday and Thursday once per month
Open to all but must have referral
Tuesday hours 10 AM to 3 Thursday hours 10 AM to 5 PM
Helping hands food pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You must call 211 or have a referral from another source such as Church, School, Woodlands, DHHS, etc.
SENIOR COMMODITIES 2nd Tuesday of each month from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Come to the back of Helping Hands. Need to sign up? We can assist.
TEFAP (Quarterly 4th Tuesday) from 11 am - 1 pm.
Open to all - No enrollment required.
